Capacity (when used with saturating amounts of analyte): typically 2.0 µg

1. Add TFA to each sample such that final TFA concentration is 0.1%.
2. Condition each ZipTip with 15 µL 90% MeOH with 0.1% TFA, aspirate and dispense 3x.
3. Equilibrate with 15 µL 0.1% TFA, aspirate and dispense 5x.
4. Load sample to tip, slowly aspirating and dispensing 10x (do not pass air through sorbent bed).
5. Wash tip with 20 µL 0.5% HAc, aspirate and dispense 5x.
6. Elute into 1 µL 50% ACN with 0.1% FA with matrix CHCA into MALDI plate for 4700 analysis, or into 3-5 µL 50% Methanol with 0.1% HAc for ESI infusion analysis.
